Returns and Refunds

Here at Wychwood Moon we want every customer to love our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive we will gladly accept your return of any product purchased directly through our site.

Damaged or faulty goods

We inspect and quality check all our products before they are dispatched, however we know that sometimes goods can be damaged in transit or have problems missed by our inspections.

If one of our products arrives damaged you have 30 days from the date it arrived to return it to us for a full refund or a replacement. We ask that you let us know via email about any damages as soon as possible from when the goods arrive with you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of wax melts damaged in transit. Our wax melts are designed to be broken up and melted; therefore a 'damaged' melt is still perfectly able to be used, and remains fit for purpose.

Changed your mind?

If you are not happy with our products or have simply changed your mind we are more than happy to refund your purchase.

You have 14 days from the date your purchase arrives to send it back to us, we will then process your request and issue your refund within 14 days from the date we receive it. 

Please contact us via email as soon as possible to let us know about your decision to return your purchase.

Returns must be unused and returned to us in a state that will allow us to re-sell them.


We are unable to reimburse the postage costs for items returned to us unless there was some fault with the product.

In cases where your purchase was broken or faulty we will reimburse the cost of standard second class delivery.

We require proof of postage and cost before we can reimburse postal costs.
